We require a $100 security bond which is due straight away to secure your booking – Fully refundable after your stay when everything is left as found in hired condition and check out procedures are followed .

Cancellations
Cancellations or changes must be made 21 days prior to your check in date and will incur a $40 cancellation fee or we are happy to transfer your booking to alternate dates subject to availability
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of your stay
No changes or refunds for public holiday, school holiday or events .
Tourist parks and camp grounds are subject to their own cancellation policies for site fees

Gift Vouchers – valid for 3 Years not transferable or refundable
